Service in the Police Mobile Porce was non-mensionable. It did however count ae mort of the probationary period of two yearɛ, providing there was no break between holding the rank of, sny Acting Assistant Superintendent, in the Police Mobile Foree, and appointment to the same rank in the Substantive Cadre of the Torce.
It is confirmed that both officers wero appointed as Acting Mesistant (uperintendent in the Police ⠀ bile Force on the 20th April, 1946 and Acting Aselatant cu erinter:dent in the : ubetantive Cadre on probation on the let Aril 1947. was confirmed on the 20th..ril.18; Br.Clunie was transferred before the expiration of the probationary period.
